Q. What is the cost of services?

A. Client rates are specific to the individual, and based on the Service Plan developed. Many variables will determine the cost of services, including the length of the shift, complexity of care, skills required, medical or non-medical status, number of people needing care. An in-home assessment is required to accurately assess the services required and establish a rate.

Q. How do we determine which kinds of services a client needs?

A. We provide one FREE, no obligation In-Home Assessment for all potential clients. The administrator will ask the Client or their representative a series of questions to fully understand the Client's needs and to develop a specific Service Plan of Care. The administrator will then conduct a care conference with the office staff. At this time, the caregiver team will be selected. All signed documents will be maintained confidentially in a locked, fireproof safe in the office. A Client Binder will be created and will be updated as the Clients needs change. Caregivers will reference the binder for emergency instructions, current information and will chart and complete all forms contained in the binder.
