Our Caregivers

At Oregon In-Home Health Care, we value the dignity, respect and safety of our clients and their families. Because of this, we give extra time and attention to the hiring and training process of our staff.

• Caregivers are personally matched to the individual Client based on skill, experience, personality and compatibility
• Employees must pass a national criminal background check, social security verification, drug tests, personal interview and skills tests, obtain a Food Handler's Card, and provide verifiable employer and personal references
• Caregivers are required to complete an additional six training hours per year to stay current with care standards
• Caregivers must complete a 6 hour orientation
